I bookmarked this Good Morning Yoga Sequence after finding this image on Pinterest a while ago. Clearing out tons of internet bookmarks and favorites this week, I stumbled upon it again. I didn't try it then, but I think it's a good time to try it now. It's been months since I've touched a gym, and I want to ease my way back into taking care of my physical fitness. Hopefully the focused stretching will help me wake up in the morning too.
